Primal Echoes
Explore the relationship between animals and Mother Nature. Let your students unleash their wild side. Make use of additional world percussion and sound effects to complete the effect.
- Part 1 - "Of the Earth": marimbas, drums, and a woodwind soloist introduce the main theme with a tribal feel before the full ensemble enters. Melodic figures trade back-and-forth between different sections.
- Part 2 - "Sea and Sky": textures weave in and out of each other in this musical representation of the animals of the air and sea.
- Part 3 - "Primal Fury": the band unleashes the beast within in this percussion driven finale.
