Picture Perfect
About the show
Step into a 1950s sitcom world, following a cast of characters through a busy morning, a heartfelt interlude, and a night of dancing. Featuring an original TV theme style opener, "Mural" from the Pleasantville soundtrack, and Bill Haley's "Rock Around the Clock", this production plays like a full episode from the opening title to the final fade out.
- Opening Credits - the show begins with a bright, catchy TV style theme that introduces the color guard characters. Staged vignettes or playful guard work create the feel of a classic sitcom title sequence.
- All in a Day's Work - the tempo kicks up for a quirky, frenetic opener that captures the whirlwind of chores, errands, and keeping up appearances.
- Date Night - "Mural" from the Pleasantville soundtrack provides a lush, cinematic ballad for a romantic date or quiet evening.
- Let's Go Dancing - the closer breaks into full color energy with "Rock Around the Clock" providing the soundtrack to a night out dancing. After the episode reaches its exciting conclusion, the arrangement winds down into a gentle coda that brings the characters back home, lights dimming and poses freezing in place as the imaginary credits roll.
