Pandora's Gift
Reimagine the ancient tale of Pandora's Box through a modern lens. The familiar "Simple Gifts" melody is woven throughout the show in many different ways. Also includes "Kaleidoscope of Mathematics" by John Horner and "Imagine" by John Lennon.
- Unveiling - the box is revealed with the Simple Gifts melody leading a beautiful full ensemble introduction
- Unleash Chaos - the driving, constantly evolving harmonies from "Kaleidoscope of Mathematics" lead the audience through the initial chaos of the opening of the box
- Curiosity - John Lennon's "Imagine" provides the backdrop as we look back into the box to see what Pandora might have left behind
- Hope Remains - the final movement is centered on the discovery of Hope inside the box. The music shifts to a more uplifting and hopeful tone symbolizing the endurance of hope amidst adversity

Show package includes:
- PDF files for full score and all parts
- MP3 audio recording of the full show
- Individual .wav files for any triggered sound effects or pre-shows. MainStage files available upon request.
- Minor instrumentation/orchestration adjustments (moving a solo to a different instrument, adding/removing bass drums from battery, etc.)
- Private password protected web page containing all files for digital download
- Exclusive performance rights within your band's classification group at events you attend (ask about our Reservation Form for more details)
- Performance permission for one full season (typically ending in November)
- If you buy the winds score and plan on using your own percussion arranger, we can offer Finale/Dorico/MusicXML files upon request
