A Song of Spring
Summon the brightness and vitality of Springtime with this modern arrangement of Farandole, Tchaikovsky's Love Theme from Romeo and Juliet, and original music based on Young Person's Guide to the Orchestra
- Spring Forth - a gentle introduction of birdsong and backfield chords leads to a joyous opening hit, followed by an exciting, high-energy rendition of Farandole
- Stop and Smell the Roses - a soft, heartfelt ballad of original music, featuring a brass chorale and majestic climax
- Bloom - a fast, feature-filled closer which combines themes from the prior movements, influenced by Britten's 'Young Person's Guide to the Orchestra', leading to a dazzling conclusion
